TOWER SUPPLIES has expanded its marketing team with the addition of a new campaign marketing manager Jordan Hook
Jordan will be responsible for Tower’s wide range of important campaigns, built predominantly around keeping people safe and protected in the workplace, and providing businesses with ways to reduce, reuse, and recycle. This includes major sustainable and innovative solutions using the latest technologies.
Tower believe that campaigns are one of the best ways to get messages about the company’s focus on sustainability, innovation, and customer excellence out to the businesses that can benefit. After winning Distributor of the Year at the SHE Awards earlier in the year, Tower are now determined to provide even more businesses with trusted expert advice, as well as vital PPE, workwear, uniform, equipment, and a wide range of cleaning and hygiene solutions.
Tower’s marketing is led by highly experienced and ambitious marketing director Gary Trudgett. The team is built around his inspirational ethos of ‘Think, Create, Do’. Members include a digital brand manager, who polices Tower’s voice. A design marketing manager, who is responsible for Tower’s visual image. A marketing lead, who deals with incoming business enquiries. And a bid manager, who looks after the tendering for supply contracts.
What sets Tower’s marketing apart from other businesses is its incredibly close collaboration with sales. By working side by side with account managers, business managers, and product experts, the marketing team supports them by creating easy to understand safety guidance that they use to help customers. The team also shares case studies about product development to expose it to more of the supply chain using social media and shares safety stories online.
With ambitious growth targets driven by CEO Charlie Aris, Tower’s marketing team will be essential in the development of new business and delivering qualified leads into sales. The team’s agility is its core strength, so that messaging, graphics, and campaign activity is targeted towards the right businesses. This is especially important considering Tower’s considerable scope across the cruise, marine, power, utilities, automotive and governmental sectors.
Tower’s marketing director, Gary Trudgett said, “Bringing someone of Jordan’s calibre and experience into the team will only help us expand Tower’s marketing capabilities even further. For me and my team, marketing is as much about supporting existing customers as it is about attracting new business. The more we can provide expert advice and guidance on staying safe at work, the more we rest assured that our customers are always benefitting from a trusted supplier that cares about their wellbeing.”
