The new "dustoo" mobile high vacuum compact fume extraction and filter unit from Flextraction is designed to be used in medium sized fabrication shops on welding applications both at the point of source using an extraction hood or on a welding gun fitted with an integrated fume extraction nozzle.

The new "dustoo" mobile high vacuum compact fume extraction and filter unit from Flextraction is designed to be used in medium sized fabrication shops on welding applications both at the point of source using an extraction hood or on a welding gun fitted with an integrated fume extraction nozzle.

A feature of this single phase 230V/50Hz unit is its impressive extraction performance and its high separation efficiency. This highly mobile fully automated system has a 99% extraction capacity extracting welding fumes and dust at the point of source filtering any hazardous substances. Other features include two high pressure 0- 340m3/hour turbines to provide the high extraction performance, as well as efficient, cost effective and durable filter cartridges.
