Advanced expands sales team

In his new sales role with the business, Stevenson’s focus will be on developing Advanced’s existing client portfolio in the capital and surrounding counties, from Norfolk through to Berkshire and along the south coast.

Stevenson boasts an in-depth knowledge of the full range of Advanced’s fire protection solutions having been the ‘go to’ for all Advanced-specified installations in several of his previous roles.

Speaking about his appointment, Stevenson said, “Advanced has been a major part of my career in the many engineering and commissioning roles I’ve held to date. I’m proud to have joined a company that commands such a great reputation in the fire industry, and I now look forward to sharing advice with customers that’s based on my experience gained through hands-on involvement with Advanced’s products.”

Amanda Hope, fire business development manager for the UK at Advanced, added: “Iain is a valuable new addition to the team. He brings a wealth of practical knowledge and experience of our products that I’m sure our customers will value. He’s also very familiar with the needs of our partners tasked with the challenge of protecting some of the largest and most prestigious sites across London. I look forward to working with Iain as he assumes responsibility for my South East accounts, allowing me to pursue our wider UK growth strategy.”
