Working in partnership with
BPF Distributors and Pumps,
REID was able to assess the
technical brief and ensure
that its industrystandardPORTA-
DAVIT 500
(PD-500) could be customised
to meet the required safety,
lifting and access
requirements.
Easy to transport and
stow, with rapid assembly,
the PD-500 was adapted for
Northern Ireland Water's
'Investment Programme' to
facilitate a requirement for a
'Personnel Restraint Anchor
Point', with the manufacture and
supply of over 80 units (plus
electric hoists and waterproof
covers).
