Coaching skills are key

Lancashire-based consultancy Securus Health & Safety has developed a new IOSH approved ‘Coaching for safety’ course inspired by the belief that soft-skills training for safety practitioners is growing in importance.

Securus owner and director Michael Emery who has developed the two-day programme, that will take place in November 2013 believes that coaching skills are key to raising the effectiveness of safety staff in the workplace.

All safety people, whatever their level of technical competence, are invited to attend the training event which is being held at The Moat House Hotel, Acton Trussell, Staffordshire on 27th and 28th November 2013. Places cost £499 + VAT and are limited.
