Electric chain hoist

The newest product from the GIS production line in Schötz, Switzerland, the GPM is the first model of the new GP electric chain hoist generation, designed to fit under existing capacity ranges. The GP range will eventually reach to 6.3t capacity.

At only 14kg, the hoist is lightweight but durable; it is particularly suited for repetitive handling of smaller loads. With a helically geared, three-step drive, it is quiet in operation and designed for a long working life with intense use (min. FEM 2m / ISO M5).

All shaft-hub connections are built with a polygonal design, allowing significantly faster disassembly and assembly during maintenance and reduced service costs. The mangan phosphate coated and case hardened Profile Steel Chain enables a chain diameter 7% smaller than round steel chain with the same load capacity. The control switch fits comfortably in the hand and is designed for long-term ergonomic operation.
