supplied by Hydor above a track
operated by Formula Fast Indoor
Karting at its Banbury headquarters.
The units are needed to move large
volumes of air to prevent the build-up
of carbon monoxide (CO) within the
converted warehouse and to expel
fumes and stale air cost effectively.
To solve the track's ventilation
problems, Hydor supplied its Single-
Phase 1.1kw HV1250 fans, complete
with shutter units. The Hydor HV
Belt Drive fan unit is specifically
designed to ventilate larger buildings
where substantial amounts of air
need to be moved at low pressure
with minimal energy consumption.
The powerful fan produces air
volumes up to 11.94 m3/s. The drive
mechanism includes sealed-for-life,
maintenance-free ball bearings to
keep noise and vibration levels to a
minimum.
