Mobile Mini, has made a further £1million investment into its range of energy-efficient, mobile welfare units.
The company, which has 16 branches nationwide, from Glasgow to Southampton, has continued to strengthen its partnership with South Wales-based Genquip Groundhog, and will see the size of its fleet of Groundhog Fusion units increase by 50% in the first half of 2017.
The units are purpose built for construction sites without water or electricity connections, and offer cost-effective, robust and easy to use, anti-vandal site accommodation for construction workers, while guaranteeing the lowest emissions and fuel consumption of any similar unit.
Even more enhancements have been made to the newer models, including improvements to the tow hitch, a more resilient plastic composite floor throughout and a smaller, lighter nose cone for ease of use.
Having first invested in Groundhog units last April, Mobile Mini has experienced strong and growing demand from its customers for the units leading to the latest investment.
With all its units being less than one year old, Mobile Mini boasts the youngest fleet of Groundhog units on the market.
Chris Morgan, Managing Director at Mobile Mini, said: “We’re delighted to have a growing fleet of the most advanced mobile welfare unit on offer in the UK.
“It was great to see how the units were received by our customers when we first added them to our fleet and we are sure this will continue to be the case.
“Genquip Groundhog is still recognised as the market leader in mobile welfare units and we’ve worked closely with its team to continue to be able to offer our customers the very latest in technology, focusing on convenience, cost and environmental benefits.”
Mobile Mini will be attending Plantworx on 6-8th June, at the Bruntingthorpe Proving Ground, Leicestershire. Visit the company at stand C8 to see the Groundhog GP360 Fusion for yourself.
