Quick & easy dust barrier

The ZipWall Dust Barrier System offers trade professionals a complete range of dust protection solutions, designed to efficiently section off areas onsite. Traditional methods of setting up a dust barrier can be time consuming and hazardous, the new ZipWall range of solutions allows a dust barrier to be set up quickly, easily and safely. Following its success in the US market, the ZipWall range is now broadly available in the UK.

Visitors to the stand will be able to learn about the main components which form the dust protection system – ZipWall Spring-Loaded Poles. Specifically designed for fast set up, the poles feature telescoping action and twist-locking which allow one person create a dust protection barrier in minutes – requiring no tape or ladders. Additionally, the lightweight poles are easy to transport, meaning one person can handle and reposition with ease. With demonstrations at the stand, visitors will be able to see first-hand just how quick, simple and safe the poles are to set up.

ZipWall Self-Adhesive Zippers will also be showcased. Once a barrier has been set up, the heavy-duty self-adhesive zippers are an ideal solution to quickly create a doorway in plastic; ensuring that areas around the work site are protected from dust. The zippers come with a patented sheeting cutter that prevents zipper jams, and two flap hooks that hold the entryway open for easy, safe access.

Also on display will be ZipWall FoamRailTM Tapeless Seals. This further enhances the dust protection system by easily clipping onto ZipWall poles to create a tight seal along ceilings, floors or walls without using tape. As such, users can safely secure the FoamRailTM Tapeless Seal in place without the use of ladders.

The ZipWall team will also be displaying ZipDoor kits which are particularly useful during remodelling, restoration or any other overly messy project. The door panels come with pre-installed heavy-duty zippers that create a seal when closed and allow easy and safe access when held open.
