Deborah Services says its freestanding, easy-to-use, roof protection system – the SG4 guardrail - not only meets safety regulations but also allows greater freedom for flat roof work.
Simple, safe and cost-effective guardrail systems are necessary for any job conducted at height. The SG4 guardrail incorporates a unique patented foot which is moveable to allow freedom of work beneath rail posts without having to remove the guard.
Designed to meet the safety regulations of the health and safety in roof work 2005, the guardrail is suitable for flat roof work because of its self-supporting design.
SG4 guardrails are particularly convenient as a temporary solution. Designed from just four components, they remain time efficient and simple to both erect and disassemble. The guardrail slats are designed to be easily supplemented with toe boards to minimise the risk of trips during roof work. The SG4 rails are fully galvanised to protect from rusting.
Roger Hastie, managing director at Deborah Services says, "Simple, safe and maintenance-free, that’s what is making our SG4 rails a must for any contractor sending a team to work on flat roofs or on high working platforms.
"The prevention of falls is number one priority when working at height hence why we ensure that our guard rails were designed with adjustable footing to enable access to areas beneath the foot posts without risking a gap or the removal of the guard protection. Nothing matches the SG4 in terms of ease, value for money and safety.”
