Sanitiser gives gym owners confidence

The gym, based in Bollington, Macclesfield has received high praise from its local Mayor after undertaking strict measures to ensure the facility was safe for public use. The gym had been forced to close in late March, but Alex and Emily were committed to keeping in touch with gym members and the wider Bollington community, so they set up an online boot camp and began to offer at-home workouts and nutrition advice via social media. 

To ensure all members’ safety upon re-opening, Alex and Emily made sure that all equipment in the gym was adequately spaced two metres apart and that other social distancing measures were put in place. In addition, several disinfectant stations were installed in each room to allow members to sanitise their hands and any surfaces they came in contact with during their work out. 

Crucially, they also purchased the Sanique S-3 Electric Sanitising Sprayer to clean down all gym equipment including dumbbells, mats and weighted machines between uses.
