SOCOTEC acquires 4see

Managing director of environment & safety at SOCOTEC UK, Norman Sleeth said, “4see is our second acquisition of 2018, having acquired ITM Monitoring in March.  4see offer services that complement our existing compliance services, offering not only a very broad range of health, safety and environmental compliance solutions, but also high level advice and support across a number of key areas in the built environment. 

“The acquisition further strengthens our position in the UK market, and supports our ongoing ambition to become a single provider with multiple technical disciplines, in the Environment & Safety and the Infrastructure & Energy sectors. It is also fully aligned with the SOCOTEC Group’s goal of becoming European leader in testing, inspection and certification in the construction and infrastructure sectors by 2020.”
